Highlights of 2025

Another year is coming to an end. It's time to take a step back and reflect on the past year.

Seyna's Team 2025

Dear partners, clients and friends,

Twelve months ago, we made a clear choice: to make Seyna the most efficient insurer for brokers. 2025 has been a year of acceleration and structuring in that direction.

An insurer able to grow very quickly, without compromising on risk management or the quality of our execution.

Here are our key achievements in 2025.

A confirmed growth trajectory

Seyna will surpass the €135 million mark in gross written premiums in 2025, and now manages close to 150 products on behalf of our broker clients.

This growth reflects renewed trust from brokers, as well as our ability to handle rapidly increasing volumes with rigour and method.

It has also been accompanied by an expansion of our European footprint. Already active in France, Germany, Spain and Poland, we opened two new countries in 2025: Belgium and the Netherlands. A gradual expansion, aligned with brokers’ needs.

And with JUMP, our new offering launched at the beginning of 2025, we have already provided 12 brokers with a complete tech and operational ecosystem to quickly launch their new tailored insurance offerings.

Partnerships that grow stronger and more diverse

In 2025, one thing became clear: Seyna’s model works, and it works because it is built on solid partnerships.

Our long standing collaborations are strengthening. Leading players in large scale broking such as Verspieren, WTW and Marsh continue to grow with us. Our partnerships with specialised experts continue to innovate and scale alongside us, including Phenomen, Assur Travel, Dalma, Garantme, Roole, Actudata and CAAREA.

This year also marked an acceleration in individual health insurance. With leaders such as APRIL and SPVIE, we are demonstrating that it is possible to launch, manage and grow demanding portfolios, with a level of rigour and transparency that makes the difference.

Finally, our growth is also driven by supporting new champions: ERSM, Evy, Insured Services, Koala, Claisy and Chance Financial. Very different players, with one thing in common: they want to move fast, without cutting corners on quality or innovation.

That is exactly our role. An insurer that gives brokers the means to develop new offerings, with robust technology and flawless execution.

Client Performance: managing better in order to last

In 2025, we launched the Client Performance team. Bringing together actuarial expertise, audit and data, its goal is to manage our portfolios with greater precision, transparency and anticipation, while continuously providing brokers with improvement ideas.

This team has been a success. It reflects a deep evolution in our role as an insurer. Beyond carrying risk, Seyna is becoming a true growth partner for brokers: proactively contributing not only to the insurance product itself, but also to distribution and operations, and helping programmes improve over time.

A major leap forward in our insurer technology

Throughout the year, we invested in our technology to industrialise our processes and strengthen portfolio monitoring.

Our ambition is to be the best in the market in terms of portfolio monitoring, despite Seyna’s delegated operating model. The developments we deployed made it possible to automate key actuarial analyses, better anticipate technical drift, and provide teams and partners, brokers and reinsurers alike, with a more transparent view of programme performance.

In these developments, AI played an accelerating role. Integrated pragmatically into our internal processes, it delivered concrete efficiency gains, whether in bordereau processing, actuarial analysis or legal support. For us, AI is not an abstract promise. We aim to make Seyna an insurer fully powered by AI.

Looking ahead to 2026

To support this momentum, we completed a €10 million fundraising round in September 2025. It serves one clear objective: absorb market demand and continue our technology investments, particularly in data and AI, while preserving the strength of our model.

2026 will follow the same trajectory. It will be a year of industrialisation and increased investment in technology, as we continue to make Seyna the reference insurer for brokers.

A huge thank you to them for all the work accomplished.

2026 is set to be intense.

Stephen
