MAE chooses Seyna to launch tailor-made pet insurance

The result of a joint project with the insurer Seyna, a simple, reliable and modular animal health insurance policy will be launched on 15 July 2025. The Seyna JUMP offer to enhance the customer experience

In addition to the tailor-made insurance product, this project was built around a strong requirement: to offer a smooth and entirely digital underwriting, contract management and claims declaration experience. To achieve this, MAE relies on the Seyna JUMP service, which integrates the offer into a personalised underwriting process.

Everything has been designed to get straight to the point: immediate quotes, 100% online underwriting, electronic signature and integrated payment. Thanks to Seyna JUMP's modular approach, MAE retains end-to-end control, from the personalisation of the offer to the member relationship, by managing the business on a robust, scalable, made-to-measure infrastructure.
