New Cohort of Seynators!

Insurance is also built on experience.

A month ago, we announced the arrival of a new cohort of high-potential Seynators.

Today, we are strengthening another pillar: the senior profiles who structure our model across key functions (legal, audit, data, risk).

Since 2020, we have proved that our model works: 150+ bespoke products, €140M+ in GWP, and sustained growth (+57% in 2025).The next step is a different one.It is about scaling our insurer model dedicated to brokers.

To remain efficient at a high growth rate, three priorities are strategic for Seyna:

1️⃣ Investing heavily in technology
2️⃣ Maintaining strong technical oversight
3️⃣ Upholding a high level of operational excellence

And to achieve this, we need profiles capable of structuring, making the right calls, passing on knowledge, and raising the bar across the entire organisation.
