Seyna announces efficiency gains through investment in Artificial Intelligence
[Press release] Seyna, the insurer dedicated to brokers, is strengthening its operations by integrating artificial intelligence into its internal processes, and is unveiling the results.

Through three use cases - data integration, actuarial benchmarking and legal research - Seyna demonstrates how technology is improving its performance and responsiveness, consolidating its position as the most efficient insurer for brokers.
Seyna, an insurer dedicated to brokers, today announces the results of the integration of artificial intelligence at the heart of its operations since Q4 2024. This is radically transforming the insurer's operational efficiency and offering brokers a faster, higher quality service.
In just a few months, concrete results are already visible, particularly in three use cases: data integration, actuarial and legal.
From 4 days to 15 minutes to integrate bordereaux data
Since 2019, Seyna has developed an application that instantly transforms brokers' raw data (bordereaux) into a format that can be used by Seyna's internal tools. What's new: specialised AI agents now automatically analyse the structure of files, suggest transformation protocols and test them in real time.
Seyna's teams can concentrate on qualitative data analysis rather than repetitive data integration and format transformation tasks. "What used to take us several days at the end of 2024 can now be done in a matter of minutes. While the rest of the industry spends most of its time collecting and transforming data, and ultimately little time analysing it, Seyna spends 10% of its time collecting and transforming, and 90% of its time deciding with the broker," explains Guillaume Font, CTO of Seyna. "We accept data from brokers regardless of the original format, and our AI agents take care of adapting it to our systems with remarkable accuracy."
Fast, automated market benchmarks
Seyna's actuaries now use an AI agent capable of producing pricing benchmarks in 15 minutes, compared with several days previously. "In just a few moments, our pricing teams can obtain a complete comparative analysis, which means we can launch products more quickly and make it easier for our brokers to bring their products to market", explains Guillaume Font.
This tool automatically analyses the offers of the main players in the market, compares rates and produces comprehensive comparative analyses including levels of cover and exclusions. "Our actuaries can now devote their expertise to strategic analysis rather than tedious information gathering", explains Guillaume Font.
A new expert in the legal team
Seyna also announced today that it has developed a specialist AI, named Donna, to make its legal business faster and more robust.
One of Seyna's challenges is to operate, without compromising quality or risk, at scale, the legal department of a company specialising in made-to-measure products. Seyna's lawyers have to manage over 150 products, all of which are contractually unique and evolve regularly.
Donna is an AI connected to Seyna's internal systems. She indexes and analyses all of Seyna's legal documentation. She has been trained to understand Seyna's legal style and policy. Beyond simply searching for contracts, Donna can also instantly search for specific clauses, contextualise their use and speed up contract drafting, in a matter of seconds.
What was once a tedious task, such as reviewing the history of a partnership with a broker, now takes just a few minutes, freeing up the lawyers for more strategic work.
"Donna enables us to respond to brokers' contractual requests even more quickly", explains Stéphanie Ruscon, General Counsel. "She's the equivalent of a lawyer who knows our entire contractual history, and can reproduce every detail in a matter of seconds".
A promising outlook for the future
"With AI, too many companies are banking on the “wow” effect to the detriment of real impact. These tools are transforming our insurance business by extending the expertise of our teams and making us even more efficient", says Stephen Leguillon, CEO of Seyna.
Seyna's ambition is clear: to become the most efficient insurer for brokers. This involves total control of its operations and risks, in which AI plays a central role. Seyna's teams are rebuilding every insurer's process with this approach to offer brokers an unrivalled experience.
"We have made the choice to be an insurer powered entirely by AI, not as a technological showcase, but as a real efficiency lever at the service of brokers. We will be stepping up our proven tech investments from 2025 onwards", concludes Stephen Leguillon.
