Integrated insurance for worry-free travel

Wikicampers, in collaboration with Seyna and Marsh, is offering insurance integrated directly into the vehicle booking process, giving travellers peace of mind. Designed to meet the specific needs of users, this insurance provides tailored cover to ensure a worry-free experience from the start to the end of the journey.

By offering several levels of cover, travellers can choose the one that best suits their needs, guaranteeing protection against the unexpected. This flexibility allows customers to go on holiday with peace of mind, allowing them to concentrate on what's most important: enjoying their holiday to the full.

"With this insurance, we can support our customers before, during and after their stay. We make sure that processing times are respected, which is essential to maintaining their satisfaction," explains Ludivine Picard, Insurance Manager at Wikicampers.

A co-constructed solution for specific needs

This collaboration marks the co-construction of a tailor-made insurance product, ensuring that the offers proposed by Wikicampers are closely aligned with the real needs of users. The programme developed optimises costs while providing adequate cover for frequent incidents, such as damage to high-value vehicles, with minimal deductibles.

"We put vehicle owners in touch with tenants looking for new adventures. The insurance is there to ensure that everyone leaves with peace of mind," explains Victoire Cazeils Moreau, Customer Experience Manager at Wikicampers.

Thanks to this collaboration, offers are regularly adjusted in line with customer feedback, ensuring that insurance solutions evolve in line with travellers' expectations and needs.

"The insurance programme has been developed jointly to ensure that it is perfectly adapted to the needs of tenants and owners, while at the same time providing a new angle of development for Wikicampers," explains Franck Cornil, Head of Affinity and Special Risks at Marsh.

A new-generation affinity programme

The collaboration between Seyna, Wikicampers and Marsh represents a new approach in the affinity insurance segment. This programme brings together distributor, broker and insurer to work hand in hand, ensuring that every aspect of insurance is optimised to meet the expectations of users.

"We were looking for a company that wasn't just a risk-taker, but one that could come up with innovative ideas for guarantees and, above all, bring a touch of technology to help us exploit all the data", Franck Cornil points out.

Thanks to Seyna, the teams have been able to co-construct a personalised offer that is perfectly aligned with the needs of tenants and owners. This allows us to provide highly personalised guarantees while remaining responsive to market developments.

"This collaboration is a perfect example of a successful affinity programme. It creates value for both the end insured and the distributor. What's more, each entity in this project has its own expertise, and we're working hand in hand," concludes Etienne Longeaud, Seyna's Sales Director.
