Seyna rolls out its new bordereau integration platform

This quarter, Seyna takes a major step forward in its ambition: making broker data integration 100% automated, flexible and fast, so that all analyses and processes are available from the very first bordereau received.

product updates seyna third quarter 2025

Introducing the new bordereau integration space, a comprehensive platform that transforms a complex technical process into a collaborative, intelligent and industrialised hub.

🛠️ A space designed for Data Integration Managers

DIMs can configure the data specifics of each product directly within the tool (custom variables, coverages with Solvency II LOB, ministerial categories). This foundation instantly adapts Seyna’s semi-structured schema to the needs of each programme.

The result: faster product onboarding, fully aligned with rapid commercial launches.

🔄 Transformation recipes: simplicity and transparency

No more opaque script chains! DIMs can build configurable transformation recipes using:

  • a library of Python functions, reusable and extendable,
  • a test playground that displays the transformed data at each step.

This modular approach ensures both the robustness and transparency of the transformations applied to broker data.

Automated controls and intelligent supervision

The integration space now includes the configuration of automated controls, built on standardised SQL queries.

Data quality issues, underwriting rules and pricing grid mismatches are all flagged directly within the app.

👉 No more surprises: errors are identified, tracked and resolved before they impact analyses.

🤖 AI agents at the service of integration

To take things even further, we have introduced specialised AI agents capable of:

  • automatically writing transformation recipes,
  • generating tailored SQL controls,
  • and even creating new Python modules to enrich the existing library.

A considerable time-saver that frees DIMs from repetitive tasks so they can focus on complex cases.

📂 Multi-file: finally handling complex cases

The integration space now supports multi-file:

  • JOIN: merging complementary files (e.g. contracts and individuals),
  • UNION: concatenating similar files (e.g. multiple claims files).

A major step forward that makes it possible to industrialise the integration of all products, even those historically out of scope.

🚀 In a nutshell

With this new integration space, Seyna strengthens two fundamental pillars of its vision:

  1. Starting from broker data without imposing a format.
  2. Projecting all data into a single semi-structured schema, regardless of the business line.

👉 The result:

  • faster product onboarding,
  • analyses and processes (reinsurance, reserving, accounting, etc.) available from the very first bordereau,
  • a massive reduction in manual reprocessing and weeks saved on corrective measures.

Portfolio monitoring thus becomes faster, more reliable and above all… more proactive.
