Our technology explained by those who use it every day
The most effective insurer for brokers: how Seyna embodies its positioning through native AI technology and the support of its teams. Featuring our broker clients SPVIE and Dalma.

An insurer isn't just a risk carrier.
It's a partner that tracks your products, analyses their performance in real time, spots drift and acts before it becomes costly.
That's Seyna's promise, and it rests on AI-native technology that we built ourselves and embedded at every stage of a product's life, to drive our brokers' success.
This quarter, we're lifting the lid on our insurance platform to show how it shapes our day-to-day work — and what our broker partners get out of it.
It's also what our new product video is about: here's the gist.

🔭 Seeing performance in real time
Once a product is live, everything hinges on performance visibility. As long as you can't see production and profitability continuously, you spot the gaps too late.
⏱️ The Seyna platform gives you this view in real time, portfolio by portfolio.
You instantly know whether a broker is on track against its targets, whether on production or on the loss ratio.
And when it isn't, you can drill into a specific portfolio and compare targets against the latest data.
Monitoring becomes continuous. As soon as a signal appears, we trigger the right action straight away: a data workshop, an actuarial review or a commercial check-in. It's this structured monitoring, with the right experts at the right moment, that makes the difference.

📊 The monthly review, without the Excel plumbing
Tracking a product's profitability means iterating constantly: pushing underwriting on the good risks, pulling back on the loss-heavy segments.
Provided, that is, that the monthly review doesn't turn into days of extracting and consolidating data.
Today, the platform analyses every portfolio automatically and brings together in one place everything our actuaries need to steer:
- production and profitability, which you can browse and cross-reference in a few clicks;
- a P&L that updates on its own as soon as the broker's data comes in;
- reserving triangles to estimate IBNR — late-reported claims — which are critical when monitoring a product.
So everything happens very quickly, with two concrete benefits:
1️⃣ no Excel silos, because the data is updated continuously,
2️⃣ and more transparency, because everyone works from the same figures.

🤖 Bespoke analysis, in natural language
Sometimes a portfolio calls for a finer analysis — to prepare a steering committee or investigate a drift.
That's where Deep Dive comes in, a dedicated AI tool built and integrated into our platform.
You query the database directly in natural language, and the charts are generated automatically.
🤔 For example, on a pet health portfolio: does the animal's age affect the product's profitability?
Seyna's AI copilot then runs a script to answer, and in a few seconds you have a precise analysis — where it would otherwise have taken hours in Excel.
This level of granularity changes everything: we know that pets insured very young are profitable, and we adjust the underwriting strategy accordingly. Rather than being subjected to the results, we anticipate structural drift and act fast: that's the real added value.

🏁 A platform built to evolve fast
None of this would be possible without a choice made at the outset: building our insurance platform from a blank sheet.
Where other insurers run on systems twenty or thirty years old, our modern infrastructure is designed to evolve fast.
When we want to add a new feature, we do it in a matter of days. And that's what lets us integrate AI easily at every step of our processes.
What you've just read is only part of what we've built. Technology is everywhere at Seyna: client support, actuarial, pricing, sales, audit and internal control.
With always the same goal: to be the most efficient insurer for brokers.
See you in three months! 😎
