Insured Services and Seyna launch cancellation insurance for European PropTech Studapart
INSURED Services and Seyna are launching a flexible, tailor-made cancellation insurance policy for European PropTech Studapart, to secure bookings for student accommodation and young professionals.

The wholesale management broker INSURED Services, a subsidiary of the ALPTIS Group, and the insurer SEYNA have joined forces to co-create a tailor-made guarantee to meet the needs of STUDAPART, a fast-growing European PropTech company. This new guarantee is part of a long-standing collaboration between INSURED Services and STUDAPART. Designed in just 8 weeks thanks to the agility and coordination of the SEYNA and INSURED Services teams, this new guarantee covers potential financial losses in the event of a booking cancellation. The costs covered include the first rent as well as the booking fees paid by the tenant. This insurance solution is included in an optional service pack for optimum flexibility.
Property risk specialist INSURED Services, the orchestrator of this partnership
A property risk specialist within the ALPTIS Group, which it joined at the end of 2023, wholesale broker INSURED Services is playing a key role in the design and management of this new solution, which will enable students and young professionals in particular to book accommodation without fear of significant financial loss in the event of cancellation, thereby securing the costs incurred, even in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Perfectly integrated into the customer experience thanks to INSURED Services' cutting-edge tools and mastery of APIs for a seamless experience, this new product will be offered online, on the STUDAPART platform, at the time of booking. Customers will be able to choose their service package, with or without this insurance.
"The launch of this cancellation guarantee clearly illustrates INSURED Services' ability to create, with agility, tailor-made solutions for the specific needs of proptechs wishing to diversify their activities, equip their clients with insurance products and obtain unique responses tailored to their expectations," explains Marie-Laure Guillaumot, Sales Director at INSURED Services. "The ecosystem we have developed means that we are now compatible with all the environments that want to draw on our expertise in property risks and associated insurance."
Unrivalled speed of launch thanks to Seyna, an insurance partner renowned for its efficiency
To co-construct this solution, INSURED Services called on the expertise of insurer Seyna - an obvious choice for launching a product with such a short lead time and thus responding effectively to Studapart's needs.
Thanks to its in-house technology and rapid iterative processes, the Seyna team was able to launch the new product in just eight weeks. A DNA of efficiency shared by all three entities in this project.
"We're delighted to be launching Studapart with Insured Services. It's a project with a lot of potential, both in France and in Europe. The launch deadlines were very tight, which proves that our processes are very efficient, whatever the type of product. We always want to be ready to meet the distributor's business deadlines," adds Emna Mhedhebi, Client Executive at Seyna.
A new, flexible cancellation insurance offer that perfectly meets Studapart's requirements
The renowned Studapart online accommodation booking platform is transforming the experience of international students looking for accommodation. With an audience of over 5 million visitors every year, Studapart is committed to providing a convenient and secure solution for booking student accommodation.
"This cancellation insurance was born out of a simple observation: if they want to be able to anticipate their accommodation process, students need flexibility and security at the time of booking. As a platform committed to simplifying their journey, we at Studapart are proud to have co-developed this product with INSURED Services and Seyna in just a few weeks. It's a real step forward in reassuring students and their families, and enabling them to book with peace of mind, even from a distance," concludes Mathilde Hunou, Director of France and Belgium at Studapart.
