🚀 INNN Fair (1–2 October) – Feedback and insights!
How can you launch products in a world where risks evolve faster than IT roadmaps?
That’s the challenge our CEO, Stephen Leguillon, addressed yesterday at INNN 2025, during a panel discussion on go-to-market strategies in a context where risks are becoming increasingly complex (mobility, climate, cyber, AI…).
On the agenda: real-life experience, strong convictions and a few unfiltered insights on how to accelerate where insurance still tends to slow down.
🎙️ Key takeaways from his talk:
🔹 Launch fast or launch right?
There’s no such thing as the perfect product. The right one is the one that gets out quickly, adapts and grows.
🔹 Choosing the right insurer
It’s better to have a partner who is an expert in a specific vertical than a well-meaning generalist. Expertise matters more than simple underwriting capacity.
🔹 Fighting internal friction
Having a dedicated product team focused 100% on launches is often the key. Otherwise, backlog will always take priority.
🔹 Accepting the limits of existing IT systems
The obsession with immediate integration slows everything down. Time-to-market is king, and external solutions can become your best allies.
🔹 New risks: frequency or intensity?
When uncertainty is high, test & learn is no longer enough. You need tools, models, reinsurance partners – and above all, the ability to adapt fast.
Thanks to #INNN2025 and all the speakers for such an open and insightful discussion 🙌
The transformation of insurance won’t happen without debate… but above all, it won’t happen without execution.
