Nicolas becomes Chief Revenue Officer of Seyna
After welcoming Nicolas Foo, former CFO of Direct Assurance, and Elodie Champagnat, former Marketing Director at Talentsoft, Seyna strengthens its leadership team with the arrival of Nicolas Mirail as CRO (Chief Revenue Officer). This strategic recruitment confirms Seyna's growth ambitions and its progress in transforming the way insurance programs are created and operated.
Expertise in marketing for technology leaders
Nicolas Mirail has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing of technological solutions, within leading companies in their respective industries. During his 11 years at Microsoft, he consistently surpassed his goals, moving up from technical manager to spokesperson for Microsoft France and Marketing Manager for Windows. He then joined the Enterprise division, where he led the development of new technologies in the emerging era of Cloud Computing and virtualization solutions.
He later joined the LinkedIn adventure as one of the first employees in France. His mission was to establish the brand in the French market and implement the B2B sales strategy for major accounts. He established partnerships with companies such as AXA, LVMH, L'Oréal, and CAPGEMINI. He was elected "MVP," the best LinkedIn salesperson globally, before taking over as the Head of Sales for the entire French market.
His curiosity for entrepreneurship, especially in the structuring phase after the seed stage, led him to transition from the world of large corporations to startups. Mirail joined EasyRecrue as the Sales Director, where he sat on the executive committee and was responsible for opening markets in Spain, Italy, the Middle East, Africa, and Dubai. This strategy was a success: after 3 years of growth, EasyRecrue was acquired by the American leader ICIMS, where Nicolas held the position of Vice President EMEA before joining Seyna.
Transforming protection through technology
His responsibilities at Seyna include optimizing and scaling sales processes across all Seyna activities.
“Our vision is to build the platform that will allow any insurance professional to create, operate, and sell their products anywhere in the world,” shares Stephen Leguillon, CEO at Seyna. "Seyna's ambition is colossal. For this, we need talents who can both see far and big and execute in the short term to get us there. We are delighted to welcome Nicolas on board, who will leverage his experience to support Seyna's development."
“What appealed to me about Seyna, beyond the team, is the uniqueness of their model and the ambition of their project,” explains Nicolas Mirail. “The insurance sector is infinitely technical and complex. It's a sector where it's difficult to innovate, and where technology is often more of a hindrance than a catalyst. In response to this, Seyna centralizes SaaS solutions on a platform that transforms our very relationship with insurance, from customer experience to actuarial intelligence. It is this holistic approach and their deep expertise in insurance that attracted me.”
